What is the return policy?

Return Policy – Personal Hygiene Products

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products once they have been opened or used. Because these items are designed for direct contact with the skin, accepting returns could compromise sanitary standards and the well-being of our customers.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about product details or suitability. Please contact us if these products are defective, and we will do our best to replace or refund your money.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items, such as used brushes and socks for personal hygiene reasons.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured primarily in Germany, Peru and the in the USA. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
